As an Activities Organiser, you'll play a pivotal role in providing stimulating recreational, educational, and therapeutic activities tailored to individual needs. In a caring and supportive environment, as an Activities Organiser, you will empower residents to lead independent lives by facilitating engaging activities. Collaborating with residents, families, and colleagues, you'll design and execute a diverse program, including outings, to address social, physical, emotional, and cultural needs.

Do you have?

  • Possessing or being willing to complete a relevant Health & Social Care qualification.
  • Professional background in recreational and social activities, including working with both individuals and groups of people.
  • Working experience with elderly, who may also have dementia and have a range of needs and abilities.
  • Previous experience collaborating with volunteers, relatives, families, and other community members.
  • Understanding of the challenges related to the physical and mental health of older individuals.
