- Developing and improving data processes to support fundraising strategies
- Assisting with analysis, insights, and reporting of fundraising data
- Preparing data for fundraising marketing and communications
- Adhering to data compliance & Best Practice in line with regulation
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders and donors through effective communication
- Providing support during fundraising events and assisting with data input
- Experience working in a similar role within the charity sector
- Advanced user of a database or CRM, including a charity database
- Experience running queries, reports, and exporting data
- Experience performing data health routines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of relational databases
- Excellent IT skills and analytical mindset
