  Are you a data enthusiast passionate about making a difference?  We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Database Executive to join a reputable organisation based in Stanmore. If you thrive in a role that combines data management, process improvement, and enhancing supporter experience, this is the perfect opportunity for you. You will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of a fundraising database, ensuring it remains a valuable resource. Your expertise will contribute to delivering exceptional data services.  Key Responsibilities:  
  • Data management, continuously reviewing and updating the database and data processes
  • Processing, cleansing and manipulating data, merging any duplicate records
  • Importing electronic data from various sources
  • Monitoring email bounce-backs and out-of-office messages to maintain accurate records
  • Database support and development including maintaining up-to-date training guides
  • Developing and improving data processes to support fundraising strategies
  • Assisting with analysis, insights, and reporting of fundraising data
  • Preparing data for fundraising marketing and communications
  • Adhering to data compliance & Best Practice in line with regulation
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders and donors through effective communication
  • Providing support during fundraising events and assisting with data input
  Essential Experience/Skills:
  • Experience working in a similar role within the charity sector
  • Advanced user of a database or CRM, including a charity database
  • Experience running queries, reports, and exporting data
  • Experience performing data health routines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Understanding of relational databases
  • Excellent IT skills and analytical mindset
