The Career/Candidate:
You will have a can-do attitude and the tenacity to deliver for their clients. You will be sufficiently organised to manage a caseload on your own, but also confident enough to seek guidance when needed.
You will be conscious that everyone adds value to the business and work with them to meet business, financial and personal objectives.
You will be comfortable, with guidance, to analyse and progress matters in a variety of disputes in different legal areas of: debt recovery, contract, insolvency, landlord and tenant, employment.
The experience:
You will have a minimum of one to three years PQE, and be comfortable and confident with verbal and written communication. You enjoy attending the workplace to develop relationships with colleagues and clients, but can work effectively from home from time to time. You will know the importance of deadlines, and how to prioritise your workload to make sure that these can be met more calmly and without avoidable pressures
