Rise10 are looking for an Account Manager to work with a global marketing merchandise business, who are a market leader in their field.

Duties of an Account Manager:

  • Support with the growth and development of their key accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities within their accounts - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services.
  • Carry out sales forecasts and analysis, presenting findings to senior management.
  • Maintain existing sales turnover within accounts, as well as looking for areas to grow and develop these accounts both locally and globally.
  • Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
  • Attend and present at external customer meetings both in the UK and globally.

Skills and experience required of an Account Manager:

  • 2-3 years Account Management experience, in the same industry.
  • Experience of managing high value accounts.
  • Ability to translate a client brief into a range of products that meet a client’s expectations.
  • Highly organised, methodical, and ability to multi-task successfully.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
