The Position of Mortgage Administrator / Paraplanner

You will be responsible for providing expert support to their team of advisers who will be

processing substantial mortgage and life insurance applications for their enviable client base.

Specific Responsibilities of the Mortgage Administrator:

- Handling applications, documentation and specialist mortgage administration

- Mortgage case handling

- Providing advice and support to junior members of the administration team

- Providing first class customer service to clients

- Handling of all communication between solicitors, banks and other third parties

- Instruction and management of valuations

What we are looking for:

- Prior experience in a Mortgage Administrator / Paraplanner position

- Life Insurance experience would be an advantage

- Experience of using internal systems i.e. Trigold

- Experience of managing the relevant end-to-end systems throughout a mortgage application

- Experience of working with third parties including solicitors and lenders

- A motivated character who wants to provide exceptional customer service
