Regular team outings, career development opportunities, and sponsored qualifications demonstrate their commitment to both client and employee success.About the Mortgage Paraplanner RoleAs a Mortgage Paraplanner, you will work closely with Mortgage Brokers to manage a variety of cases, ensuring clients receive the highest level of service at every stage of their mortgage journey. Your role will include liaising with lenders and clients, managing mortgage cases efficiently, and contributing to a seamless and stress-free client experience. You’ll need a thorough understanding of the mortgage process, a detail-oriented mindset, and exceptional communication skills to support brokers in delivering outstanding results.Mortgage Paraplanner Key Responsibilities

  • Support Mortgage Brokers with administrative and case management tasks.
  • Liaise with lenders, clients, and other third parties to ensure smooth case progression.
  • Handle mortgage applications from submission to completion.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage compliance requirements.
  • Proactively resolve issues and keep clients updated throughout the process.
  • Deliver a client-first approach, going above and beyond to exceed expectations.

The Mortgage Paraplanner Package

  • Location: Office-based in Stanmore.
  • Salary: Up to £45k Depending on experience
  • Holidays: 20 days + 1 additional day per year of service (up to 25) plus bank holidays.
  • Training: Fully funded CeMAP qualification and other professional development opportunities.
  • Work Environment: State-of-the-art office with parking and a private garden.

Mortgage Paraplanner Skills and Experience Required

  • CeMAP qualification or equivalent - Essential
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Mortgage Administrator, Case Manager, Mortgage Paraplanner or Mortgage Advisor
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Confident handling lender and client communications.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and client-focused.
