Our Client, a very successful and well established Estate Agency requires a Senior Sales Negotiator with Valuation experience to be based at their Stanmore office covering Stanmore and the northern part of Edgware (HA7 HA8) and Harrow (HA1 HA2 HA3 ) ideally someone who lives in the local area.

The package:

Salary package on offer for the role of Senior Sales Negotiator:

  • Up to £24,000 - £27,000 basic DOE
  • OTE - up to £40,000 (uncapped)
  • Monthly Car Allowance £180.00 PM
  • Guaranteed Commission for the first Four months as kick start to building up their own pipeline.
  • 5 day week (1 Saturday off each month)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within an Estate Agency
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Car owner/clean licence

Responsibilities included in the role of Senior Sales Negotiator:

  • Attending Valuations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct property viewings
  • Handle negotiations between buyers and sellers.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
