Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking three full-time temporary Learning Support Assistants to join our client's team until at least Christmas. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about providing educational support and fostering a positive learning environment.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Assist in the delivery of educational programmes and activities under the guidance of the lead teacher.
  • Support students with special educational needs in their daily school activities, ensuring they engage fully in their learning.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers to monitor the progress of students and provide feedback.
  • Help prepare learning materials and set up equipment necessary for daily activities.
  • Ensure the learning environment is safe and conducive to learning, adhering to all school policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in a similar role within an educational setting is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with students, staff, and parents.
