About the Role:
LTF Recruitment is excited to offer an opportunity for a motivated Sports Coach to join an outstanding SEN school in Harrow. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for physical education who thrives on helping students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) develop their skills, confidence, and love for sports. You will play a key role in delivering tailored physical activities that support both the physical and emotional development of students with a wide range of needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver inclusive sports and physical education sessions that cater to the individual needs of students with SEN
  • Encourage participation in activities, promoting teamwork, confidence, and physical well-being
  • Adapt activities to ensure they are accessible and enjoyable for all students, regardless of ability
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to integrate physical activity into students' wider learning plans
  • Support students during sports events, competitions, and off-site activities
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to staff and parents on achievements and areas for development
