Job Title: Vehicle Technician (Mechanic)

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out service, diagnosis, and repair of vehicles to excellent standards.
Communicate effectively with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control.
Occasionally speak with customers to provide expert technical advice.
Maintain thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
Deliver exceptionally high levels of customer service to encourage loyalty and referrals.
Maintain good housekeeping standards and manage the administration of your work effectively.

Full UK Driving Licence
NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance
Essential motor industry experience
