Read on!As the Financial Controller, you will take ownership of producing monthly Group management accounts, developing and maintaining cash flow plans, and performing key reconciliations, including balance sheets, prepayments, and inter-company balances.You’ll oversee the fixed asset register, manage depreciation journals, and track work-in-progress using Sage. With responsibility for budgeting and variance analysis, you’ll deliver insights to support decision-making and ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and audit requirements.As a leader within the finance team, you’ll provide daily supervision and support, playing a pivotal role in driving financial accuracy and efficiency across the business.Experience Required:

Fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA) with at least 5+ years PQE.
UK based experience in a SME or business covering Europe.
European Language(s) an advantage.
Strong analytical and process-oriented skills.
Advanced Excel and IT skills
