An immediate opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Planning Engineer to join a leading consultancy on a major project at Stansted. As a Senior Planning Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of the Airport's development, driving successful outcomes and ensuring timely delivery of critical milestones.
In this role, you'll bring your expertise in Primavera P6 and NEC contracts to develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring smooth delivery of milestones. Your experience with reporting and project management will be crucial in overseeing timelines, resources, and deliverables, while keeping the project on track.
This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your skills on a large-scale project and collaborate with industry professionals. You'll be responsible for ensuring all planning activities are aligned with the project scope, and your strong reporting abilities will enable you to keep senior stakeholders informed on progress, risks, and key challenges.
Candidate
- Strong background in construction or civil engineering with a solid understanding of construction processes and techniques
- Expertise in Primavera P6
- Understanding of project management and the ability to manage projects within a complex environment using an Integrated Management System (IMS).
- Excellent working knowledge of NEC contract
- Strong reporting skills
- Excellent communication skills
