Site Manager - Nights - 60k - 70k
Location: Stansted, Essex
Hours: 7pm - 2am
Manchester Staff is currently looking for a Site manager to join a well-established client with over 30 years of experience. The successful candidate will join a company with exceptional dedication, technical knowledge and professionalism. Our client has extensive experience managing multiple sectors, their latest aviation projects include fit outs in Manchester airport and roofing projects for Stansted airport as well as managing multiple sectors such as commercial, industrial, retail and hospitality.
£1.1bn will be invested into Stansted to help double its capacity and revenue. Our client has won a significant amount of the work which will be completed over the next 2-3 years. This is a great opportunity to join a fast growing company and the forefront of some very exciting projects.
Job Role: As a site manager you will be working with the project manager and be the main point of contact for the site workers to ensure that the project is completed effectively, safely and on time as well as managing and reporting all on-site construction issues that occur. You will monitor progress and oversee & carry out safety checks.
Skills/Experience Required:
Essential
- Interior fit out background
- Consistent 5 year work history
Desirable
- Understanding of M&E (Mechanical and electrical)
- Dry Lining and finishing experience
- Experience working in airports
- Experience soft stripping
