Our client is seeking a fully qualified Management Accountant to lead and oversee all financial activities within their thriving and robust sector. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in a significant corporate transaction and shape the financial future of a dynamic company.Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage monthly management accounts, providing in-depth insights into financial performance.
  • Model financial scenarios and deliver recommendations based on detailed analysis.
  • Analyse income streams, offering detailed forecasts and profit/loss reports.
  • Implement strategies to enhance financial performance, streamline operations, and maximise profitability.
  • Provide comprehensive financial reports and collaborate with management to drive company growth.
  • Work closely with the CEO, COO, and executive team to support strategic planning.
  • Attend board meetings to discuss key financial matters.
  • Supervise and mentor one direct report, fostering professional development.
  • Utilise Sage and CRM systems for efficient financial management.
  • Prepare due diligence for future corporate transactions.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in financial management.
  • Fully qualified accountant with a strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modelling and analysis.
  • Energetic self-starter with a keen awareness of financial performance and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience in managing a team and building strong relationships with key stakeholders, particularly the COO.
  • Proficiency in Sage and CRM systems.
