The Role:

  • Operate and set up jig boring machines and manual mills to perform precision machining operations
  • Read and interpret technical drawings to determine machining requirements
  • Select and install appropriate tools and fixtures
  • Monitor the machining process to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Inspect finished parts to verify performance to specifications through precision measuring
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, policies and procedures, codes and legislation including health and safety

  • Proven experience in a similar role
