Growing Organization Near Stansted
Our client, a rapidly expanding organization near Stansted, is looking to recruit a dedicated Risk and Compliance Executive to join their growing team.
Candidates based in London will also be considered; however, regular travel to the Stansted office is essential. After successfully completing a probationary period, hybrid working opportunities will be available. Both full-time and part-time applicants are welcome.
Role Overview:
- Working alongside the Head of Risk and Compliance, this role is crucial in ensuring the firm meets its professional and regulatory obligations while safeguarding its reputation and that of its people.
- The successful candidate will collaborate with key stakeholders, including the Managing Partner (COLP), Head of Risk and Compliance, MLCO/MLRO, Data Protection Officer (DPO), and the Operational Board, to ensure full compliance with legal, regulatory, and professional requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing clear legal, ethical, and regulatory advice to the firm’s staff.
- Proactively identifying and educating the business on emerging risks and compliance matters.
- Managing the firm’s suite of policies and procedures.
- Handling client feedback and overseeing quality accreditations, including Lexcel, Customer Service Excellence, and the Conveyancing Quality Scheme.
