Aerospace Safety Coordinator's opportunity with this respected corporate and private jet MRO organisation.

You will help manage the Safety Management System (SMS), ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting safety objectives. (This is a Monday - Friday day shift role)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain the SMS.
  • Investigate reported incidents and events.
  • Perform and coordinate risk assessments.
  • Analyse safety trends and report on performance indicators.
  • Provide safety feedback to staff and customers.
  • Assist with Occupational Health & Safety tasks.
  • Support the Safety & Compliance Monitoring Manager and deputise as needed.
  • Organise and participate in safety forums and meetings.
  • Undertake safety-related projects.

Requirements for the role:

  • Experience in aviation safety management (e.g., engineering, flight operations, CAMO).
  • Knowledge of investigation and root cause analysis techniques.
  • Experience in conducting risk assessments.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficient in Microsoft 365, especially Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff.
  • Strong customer focus.

In addition the following would be a distinct benefit:

  • Aviation safety management qualifications would be ideal.
  • Experience in occurrence investigation, including human factors.
  • Familiarity with industry software (e.g., Centrik, Q-Pulse).
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks.
  • Able to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Willing to attend and pass all mandatory training and assessments.
