Our client, a growing organization based near Stansted, is seeking to recruit a dedicated Human Resources Advisor to join their expanding HR team. This role will involve regular travel to their London office, reflecting the dynamic and collaborative nature of the position.
About the Role:
As a key member of the HR team, you will play a pivotal role in aligning people strategies with organizational goals. You will provide tailored HR solutions, foster cross-team relationships, and contribute to shaping a culture that empowers individuals to reach their potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and interpret the firm’s HR policies, procedures, and terms of service, offering guidance as needed.
- Manage recruitment processes, from drafting job adverts and shortlisting CVs to interviewing and onboarding new hires at all levels, including senior roles.
- Oversee early careers programs, including the Trainee Solicitor program, vacation placements, apprenticeships, work experience, and attendance at career events.
- Administer and renew employee benefits, while exploring opportunities to introduce new offerings.
- Manage family leave in line with current legislation, including regular communications and return-to-work processes.
- Coordinate the annual pay review and bonus process, including preparing letters, calculating bonuses, and updating the HRIS system.
- Provide advice and guidance on the firm’s performance review process.
- Support and maintain documentation for disciplinary and grievance procedures.
About You:
- CIPD accredited (Level 5 or above).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HR Advisor role.
- Previous experience in a law firm or professional services environment is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and the ability to build productive relationships across teams.
