Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support: Assist the sales team with technical expertise.

Remote Technical Assistance: Provide support and troubleshooting for customers remotely.
On-Site Technical Work: Occasionally perform installations and maintenance at customer sites.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Good Communicator: Strong communication and presentation skills.
Technical Knowledge: Experience with CCTV, Access Control systems, and Internet Protocol (IP) technologies.
