Role Overview:
They are seeking an experienced Bid Manager to join the dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the bid process, developing compelling proposalsand securing new contracts to drive the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the bid management process from initial enquiry to submission.
- Develop and deliver high-quality, winning proposals.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information.
- Analyze client requirements and tailor bids to meet their needs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Manage timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time submission.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in bid management, preferably within the construction industry with a focus on steel frame industrial units.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and bid management software.
