I’m looking for a highly experienced Team Secretary on behalf of a high-end residential developer who place the highest priority on customer service which is proven through numerous industry awards for build quality and customer satisfaction.

As the Team Secretary, you’ll support the Director, Pre-Construction & Customer Care Teams in a wide variety of secretarial and administrative tasks to enable them to achieve departmental and corporate objectives. In a nutshell, you’ll get involved in all the back-office functions to make sure the departments run effectively, reporting is accurate, Excel trackers are updated, diary and inbox management as well as attending various meetings. You’ll also be expected to screen phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.

Suitable applicants must have extensive administration and customer service experience and a proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment, coping with a heavy workload, excellent attention to detail and good problem-solving abilities. You’ll be self-motivated and conscientious with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

You’ll ideally have worked in the house building, construction or property sector and possess strong IT skills are essential with a solid knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
