Warehouse Supervisor

M4 Recruitment are currently seeking a warehouse/workshop supervisor to work with our family run client, based in Cricklade.

Responsibilities of the role include:

• Oversee all warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping, receiving, and order fulfilment.
• Implement and maintain warehouse management systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with supply chain teams to develop effective strategies for inventory control and logistics.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse environment.
• Train, mentor, and lead warehouse staff to achieve high levels of performance and engagement.

Experience in a warehouse/workshop managerial position is essential for this role.

The successful candidate will:

• Have strong analytical skills with attention to details
• Have excellent leadership skills withthe ability to motivate their team
• Ability to implement cost saving measures
