Lead Mechanical Engineer - Senior Mechanical Engineer

Salary: £51,000 -£53,000 

Shift: Days - Monday to Friday

Location: Coalville, Leicester, Hinckley, Measham

Madisons Engineering are working with a leading manufacturing company who are currently recruiting for a Senior Mechanical Engineering Specialist, this is the PERFECT ROLE for a someone with many years of experience in mechanical engineering processes, development and project leading experience to grow and develop the current process in place. The Senior Engineer will need expert knowledge in, CMMS, Project delivery, Route Cause Analysis, Inspections, Contractors, Reliability, Planning and much more.

Skills required for the Maintenance Team Leader:

  • Lead maintenance activities using preventative measures to minimise risk of downtime.
  • Expert knowledge in mechanical engineering is a MUST!!!
  • Ensuring rapid response to breakdowns and efficient follow up to identify corrective actions.
  • Involved in new projects.
  • Deliver great leadership across the factory.
