Role & Responsibilities (MaintenanceShift Supervisor

To support the shift manager in leading the shift team
To maintain, repair and support the equipment
To undertake scheduled repairs according to the manufacturer's recommendations
Diagnosis of Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / PLC / PC faults
Prioritise system faults
To accurately record all work undertaken
Continuous improvement and enhancement opportunities
Ensure on-site spares are kept to optimum levels
Adherence to the Quality processes and procedures

Qualifications (MaintenanceShift Supervisor

ONC OR HNCin Electrical / Mechanical Engineering OR BTEC Engineering or Engineering Apprenticeship or Bscor Msc)
Experience in previously managing a team (desirable)
A working understanding of Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic technical manuals & drawings
Basic knowledge of PLC equipment
