As a Care Home Manager, you will:
- Manage overall running of a medium sized Nursing Home
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team, providing clinical guidance and training.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans.
- Lead quality assurance and champion resident wellbeing.

- Experience as a Registered Nurse with a current PIN on the NMC register.
- Management experience within a nursing home
- Proven experience of Good or outstanding CQC inspections from previous roles
