Job Description
 You will be working closely with a Consultant who will train and mentor you, along with support from other experienced members of the team.
Complete General Administration Duties with knowledge of Microsoft word and excel desirableÂ
Over time you'll learn more about the business and progress at your desired pace to take your career in recruitment to the next stage. This position would suit a competitive and resilient individual who wants to learn more about the industry from a highly experienced team within a supportive environment.
Vetting - ComplianceÂ
• Checking and verifying candidates 5 years employment history in line with Civil aviation authority guidelines
• Applying for Criminal record checks
• Identifying Gaps in employment and obtaining relevant supporting references
• Collating background checks in chronological order files
• Assessing background checks for concerns or discrepancies
• Submitting completed checks to clients and Airport ID centres
Skills and Experience required:
• 1-2 years of work experience in a customer service field
- Have experience in VettingÂ
• Excellent communication skills (written & spoken) and a confident and articulate telephone manner.
• Build and maintain relationships.
• Organised, tenacious and resilient personality.
• High energy, motivated and target driven.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
