A well-established company is seeking a hardworking and personable Office Administrator to join their team in Handcross. This is a fantastic opportunity for a school or university leaver eager to develop their skills and grow within a business.
Package:
- Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm
- Salary: 20,000 - 23,000pa DOE
- 28 days holiday inclusive of Bank Holidays

Key Responsibilities:
- Scanning, photocopying, and filing documents
- Managing office supplies, including refreshments
- Arranging meetings and managing office calendars
- Raising purchase orders and placing orders with suppliers
- Maintaining office equipment, such as copiers, for smooth functionality
- Using in-house apps to download data and input relevant documents
- Handling various ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Creating, editing, and updating spreadsheets
Requirements:
- A proactive and organised approach to work
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- A willingness to learn and develop within the business
- A valid driving licence
