Engine Inspector

Due to continued growth our client has a unique position available for an Engine Inspector. This is unique as no cars are present!

The role:

To step by step, remove parts from the engine to identify route fault cause.

Key Responsibilities

Record all information on the receipt of aunit
Compare supplied details to confirm the identity of the unit with the correct technical information, warranty information and customer details
Collect all relevant customer failure information for analytical debate before the disassembly of the unit
Plan inspection route to determine the best direction
Carry out technical analysis
Present all relevant failure information for technical analysis by the technical team

Skills and Experience

Technical knowledge of engines, gears and motors an advantage
