Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality finishes. As a Painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections.
- Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean and organised during and after painting tasks.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand project requirements.
- Drive to various job sites as required, ensuring timely arrival and completion of tasks.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and report any issues promptly.

Experience
- Proven experience in painting or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- A valid driving licence is desirable for travel between job sites.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Experience working independently as well as part of a team is beneficial.
