Clarkson Owens Recruitment are working with a reputable house builder who are looking to bring on board an experienced estimator/ pre development surveyor to join their commercial team in Glasgow.
Duties will involve preparing land viabilities and site budgets. You will be involved in both private and social housing sites.
In order to be suitable you will either be an estimator or pre development surveyor. Candidates from either a main contracting or housing background will be considered.
