?Atomic is delighted to be partnering with a Top 20 Firm, looking to recruit a cloud accountant to join their St Albans office. This firm is a market leader and combines sector expertise with exceptional service capabilities.

Responsibilities:

As a Cloud Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a diverse portfolio of SMEs across various sectors, including manufacturing, professional services, IT development, property investment, hospitality, and nonprofit organisations. Key responsibilities include

  • Perform accounting data entry and maintenance for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies using cloud-based accounting software
  • Prepare and submit VAT returns, ensuring compliance with current regulations.?
  • Conduct regular bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.?
  • Analyse financial data to assist in the preparation of management accounts and financial reports.?
  • Address and resolve commercial queries from clients, providing timely and effective solutions.?
  • Work closely with senior team members and the Outsourcing Manager to deliver high-quality services.?
