Based on the East Hertfordshire/West Essex border this is an exciting company looking to recruit at the Qualified Level to strengthen the team in order to support the current growth and development of the business.
Working closely with the Financial Director this will be a broad role which offers the opportunity to get involved in an expansive range of both financial and management accounting and business partner responsibilities.
The core of the role will include:
- Production of monthly management accounts to a high standard
- Working closely with the FD to prepare financial statements which will include balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement
- Developing and management budgets for all companies
- Financial Analysis- which will include trend analysis, and identify areas for improvement
- Identify trends and patterns to gain a better understanding of company performance
- Using the analysis in the decision-making process to support budgeting, forecasting and investment opportunities
This role in based on site 4 days a week with 1 day working from home. They are looking to recruit a Qualified Accountant with some post qualification experience.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a really interesting and dynamic business, joining an established finance team, working closely with the Financial Director.
