We are working on behalf of a leading accountancy practice located in Hertfordshire who are seeking a Senior Management Accountant to join their growing team.This is a great opportunity for an individual to join a reputable and forward-thinking accountancy firm that values growth, supports career progression, and offers the opportunity to thrive in a professional environment.Excellent benefits are on offer including hybrid working, study support if required, parking, healthcare and further benefits!Key Responsibilities:-Preparation of monthly/quarterly management accounts, providing analysis and designated reports-Bookkeeping and VAT reporting to a high standard and maintaining client records-Taking ownership of year-end accounts preparation, ensuring accuracy before passing them to the finalisation team for statutory reporting-Month/Quarter end adjustments and reconciliations-Providing support to junior members of staff including training where required-Preparing ad hoc reports for clients-Performing payment runsKey requirements:-AAT/CIMA/ACCA qualified or QBE-Strong bookkeeping and management accounts experience-Experience in hospitality/finance sectors preferred-Skilled in Xero, Dext, Excel; familiarity with Caseware is a bonus-Excellent time management, communication and team leadership skillsIf you have prior experience in management accounts within the hospitality/finance sectors, we would love to hear from you today!Fame Recruitment is an equal opportunities employer.
