Key Responsibilities and Skills (People and Technical):

  • Assist with the smooth onboarding and offboarding or handovers of any new or outgoing instruction to external parties.
  • Billing of service charges, rents, voids, recharges, credits, insurance charges to lessee's or clients
  • Updating and maintaining property, lease and occupiers' data on Property management systems. Preparation of completion statements, rent review and interest calculations.
  • Produce, reconcile, analyse apportion and produce working file at year end. Prepare service charge cash reconciliation on an annual basis. Reporting and investigating any outstanding issues. Inputting and assisting the Property team with service charge budgeting.
  • Produce, reconcile, analyse monthly the client and tenant deposit bank accounts, addressing any outstanding positions and backlogs.
  • Preparation and submission of financial reporting, Owner statements VAT reports, Cashflows, Net Operating Income and other reports as required by the client.
  • Provide Client accounting leadership regarding all properties and portfolios under management.

About you:

Minimum 3 years working in a similar role, part or fully qualified, experience of MRI/Qube software an advantage but not essential
