- Dealing with an existing customer base of business clients
- Dealing with incoming calls and emails from your clients on a daily basis
- Dealing with Goods In queries and issues
- Processing orders through to delivery with the customer
- Dealing with stock management and delivery dates
- Dealing with returns of faulty or incorrect items, arranging refunds or credits
- Taking responsibility for export compliance paperwork (liaising with the Export Administrator)
- Quarantine stock management
- Credit notes applications
- Shipping prioritisations
- Previous order processing experience
- Great communication skills as you will be dealing with a variety of individuals.
- Excellent team player – happy to help out
- Extremely customer focused – someone with a desire to get things right first time
- Must, must, must have excellent organisational and time management skills
- Good working knowledge of Excel and Word
- Above average ability with maths and English!
