The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, confident in handling administrative tasks, and comfortable interacting with people.Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact for anyone entering the office, providing a warm and professional welcome.
  • Assist the customer service team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Host engineers when they arrive on-site, ensuring they have everything they need for the day.
  • Review and process necessary paperwork, ensuring that all inductions and compliance requirements are met.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and that all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Skills & Experience:
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
  • Previous administrative experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in paperwork.
