About the RoleWe’re seeking an Administrator to join a busy and friendly team in Stevenage. In this role, you’ll be an essential part of the team, providing vital day-to-day administrative support to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing orders, invoices, and associated documentation
  • Liaising with suppliers, customers, and internal team members
  • Utilise Microsoft Excel to update trackers and find informtion to close open orders in the system
  • Updating and maintaining accurate records and systems
  • Responding to incoming calls and emails and handling queries professionally
  • Supporting the team with general office tasks such as scheduling and reports

About You

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is essential.
  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to work with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
