OA are working with a well-established business based in Stevenage, seeking an experienced Administrator with high accuracy and attention to detail skills, to join the team

Duties of an Administrator:

  • Collect and collate data from incoming customer / product specialist enquiries
  • Process incoming loan requests
  • Schedule loan items to utilise available assets efficiently
  • Raise disputes with customers in relation to missing or damaged items
  • Liaise with the workshop team to arrange repair of damaged items and agree upon schedule
  • Process invoices
  • Manage spare part stock 
  • Maintain control of all assets in field, full traceability of lend cycle and outstanding items pending responses from customers.
