About the RoleWe’re seeking an Administrator to join a busy and friendly team in Stevenage. In this role, you’ll be an essential part of the team, providing vital day-to-day administrative support to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing orders, invoices, and associated documentation
- Liaising with suppliers, customers, and internal team members
- Utilise Microsoft Excel to update trackers and find informtion to close open orders in the system
- Updating and maintaining accurate records and systems
- Responding to incoming calls and emails and handling queries professionally
- Supporting the team with general office tasks such as scheduling and reports
About You
- Previous experience in an administrative role is essential.
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to work with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
