Support Officer

Tate Recruitment are working alongside a local authority business in Stevenage, looking for a Support Officer to join their Young People Services Team.

Support Officer

  • £12.65ph
  • Temp contract- 2-3 months
  • Full time- 37 hours per week
  • Onsite- Stevenage SG1

Our Support Officer will work collaboratively with professionals across education, health and care services, to ensure effective case management, integrated working practice and successful outcomes for children. This includes:

* Recording annual reviews.* Deciding the content and amendments where required.* Communicating with professionals where required to seek outstanding information indicated. * Inputting and maintaining accurate and comprehensive database records.* Managing the team duty line and inbox.

Peron Specification:

* You will be a competent administrator with experience of using Microsoft Office * Confident to be the first point of contact for Managers* Possess excellent customer care skills* You will be self-motivated, professional and approachable providing excellent team support and best practice at all times* You must be willing to undertake a variety of administrative tasks

DBS is required.
