Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Junior Architectural Technician:

  • Relevant Architectural Technology degree.
  • Collaborate with the design and technical teams to develop and refine data centre project concepts and designs.
  • Produce detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications specific to data centre requirements.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering design presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Participate in project meetings, contributing innovative ideas and technical solutions.
  • Ensure all designs comply with the UK building regulations and planning policies.
  • Conduct site visits and assist with project management tasks, as necessary.
  • Proficiency in Revit is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Passion for sustainable and innovative design, with an interest in data centre architecture.
