Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Newly Qualified Architect:

  • Collaborate with senior architects and the design team to develop and refine data centre project concepts and designs.
  • Produce detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications specific to data centre requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of design presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Participate in project meetings, contributing innovative ideas and technical solutions.
  • Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Conduct site visits and assist with project management tasks, as necessary.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends, materials, and technological advancements in data centre design.
  • ARB registered or recently passed your Part 3.
  • Proficiency in Revit would be essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A passion for sustainable and innovative design, with an interest in data centre architecture.
