Accounts Receivable Team Leader

Up to £35,000 per annum

Stevenage

The Accounts Receivable Team Leader will lead a small team in ensuring all aspects of the Accounts Receivable processes are met. The successful candidate will be expected to motivate and drive continuous improvement across processes, ensuring the team's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Accounts Receivable Clerk's
  • Ensuring team members are performing at a high level and covering responsibilities where necessary
  • Supporting team members within their roles
  • Processing and managing any court claims in relation to customers\employees owing the business money
  • Ensuring that all accounts receivable invoicing and collections are recoded accurately and are collected on a timely basis
  • Reconciling all Account receivable accounts and allocating off funds received in a timely manner
  • Meeting month end deadlines
  • Assisting with the recruitment for new or replacement roles within your team, should the need arise

Essential Skills:

  • Experience of Excel.
  • Strong administration skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal.
