Description
- Processing stock invoices and credit notes.
- Reconciliation of supplier statements.
- Managing the purchase ledger inbox
- Responding to supplier queries promptly and professionally.
- Assisting the team with general Purchase Ledger duties
- Collaborating with other members of the Accounting & Finance team.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Profile
The successful candidate should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in financial software applications.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
