Clarity Recruiting is proud to be partnering with our client, a leading provider in the facilities supplies sector, to recruit a talented and driven Facilities Supplies Sales Specialist. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced sales professional to drive sales and margin growth across a range of facility supplies, including janitorial products, chemicals, and catering solutions, throughout the South East.
Role Objective To deliver measurable sales and margin growth by working closely with the field sales teams, supporting their efforts in both new and existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Corporate Account Managers to increase sales and margins in the facilities supplies sector, meeting or exceeding targets.
- Provide expert recommendations on cleaning and hygiene products and equipment, ensuring customers benefit from optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor sales performance and generate monthly reports, including key metrics such as pipeline status, forecasts, leads, and successes.
- Maintain accurate client and sales activity records using the CRM system.
- Assist the team with effective business development, including preparing bids and presentations for new opportunities.
- Prepare quotes and ensure all customer enquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
- Focus on retaining all live, profitable accounts within the designated portfolio.
Remuneration
Salary is competitive and dependent on experience, with additional benefits including commission and a car allowance.

- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the facilities supplies sector, with experience in selling chemicals and washroom solutions.
- Sales Expertise: Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a solid track record of driving profit growth.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of building rapport and trust with clients.
- Organisational Ability: Adept at managing workloads effectively, with attention to detail and time management.
- Product Knowledge: Familiarity with complete product ranges, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Driving Licence: A valid full driving licence is required for this role.
