Defour Partnership is proud to be supporting a national, award-winning social care charity in the recruitment of a Facilities Officer to join their regional property team on a full-time, permanent basis.

About the Role

As Facilities Officer, you will:

  • Support statutory compliance checks (e.g. fire safety, water testing, PAT testing).
  • Complete routine maintenance tasks and minor repairs.
  • Update and monitor property condition surveys.
  • Liaise with contractors and oversee on-site project work.
  • Maintain clear documentation and escalate more complex issues to the Facilities Team.
  • Assist in supporting refurbishment works and facilities improvements across supported sites.

About You

? Experience in facilities, maintenance, or property compliance? Strong communication and organisation skills? Ability to complete surveys and minor repairs? Capable of maintaining clear and accurate records? Full UK driving licence (essential)
