Our esteemed client, a trusted partner of the UK's Ministry of Defence, is seeking a skilled Integration and Validation Lead. This role involves collaborating with Equipment Teams across Electronic Engineering to ensure and execute robust assurance and compliance strategies. Additionally, you will take on Project Management responsibilities to ensure the cost-effective and timely delivery of task packages.
As an Integration and Validation Lead (IVL) within our client's expanding Integration and Validation (Systems Engineering) team, you will have the opportunity to significantly influence the function's ability to deliver successful programmes.
What we're looking for:

* A high degree of self-motivation and drive, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Essential experience in the Verification and Certification process.
* An appreciation of electronics technologies and the types of products designed and produced by Electronic Engineering (UK) would be advantageous.
* Experience with the Proving process and associated methodologies (Environmental, EMC, and Electronic Functionality).
* Essential experience in managing and reporting on a work package.
Furthermore, our client is looking for an individual with a demonstrated history of on-time delivery, coupled with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship
Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by our clients Security Team.

This role is based at their headquarters site in Stevenage which plays a key part in missiles operations. The site also offers excellent transportation links and boasts an onsite gym and coffee shop. Training and development are offered to all employees.
