We have partnered with a pioneering global Biotech company in Stevenage, that is known for creating life-saving cancer therapies. As part of their exciting growth journey, they are hiring across IT to enhance their capabilities, processes, and infrastructure.

We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to oversee and manage the delivery of application support services. You will be the key link between clients, support teams, and stakeholders, ensuring efficient issue resolution, continuous service improvement, and alignment with business goals.

This is a great opportunity for a Service Delivery Manager, due to the growth and the projects in the pipeline you will have a chance to make your mark on the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the delivery of application support services, ensuring they align with business objectives and meet customer expectations.
  • Direct and develop a team of application support technicians, ensuring skill development and high performance.
  • Ensure SLAs and KPIs are consistently met, tracking and reporting on key service delivery metrics.
  • Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution and proactive service improvements.
  • Manage escalations effectively, driving problem management and root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.
  • Implement and improve processes for efficient application support and incident management.
  • Regularly monitor application performance, identifying areas for improvement and initiating corrective actions.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that best practices are followed in service delivery and application support.
  • Experience in managing GxP-compliant systems.
