Pastry Chef de Partie. Our client based at this hotel & restaurant near Stevenage & Hitchin has a fantastic opportunity to join its brigade and work on the Pastry Section. This is an opportunity to join a busy kitchen and produce pastry and breads for restaurant. afternoon teas and celebrations. The role is 5 days from 7 over 45 hours a week with tips paid also.

The Role
- Working on the Pastry section with assistance from juniors
- Making all Pastries, Desserts and Breads for service & private parties
- Using all fresh produce
- Working to AA rosette level standard
The Person
- Already a Pastry Chef de Partie
- Experience ideally to rosette levels in luxury hotel or restaurant
