Account Manager - Catering Equipment

Location - London, Reading, Oxford, Bicester, Cambridge, Chelmsford, Luton, Watford, Crawley, Guilford, Basingstoke.

Package - £40,000 - £45,000 OTE £55,000 - £60,000 plus Car or Car Allowance, plus other company benefits.

The Company

We are a leading Commercial Kitchen Design House for the hospitality industry. We are looking to add to our project design team. Established as a leading solution provider for the HoReCa sector with a strong reputation around the UK. We have an excellent relationship we leading heavy and light equipment manufactures for the hospitality sector, which helps us bring a diverse range of products to our clients. After a highly successful 2023 we are looking to explain our design team offering with addition in our project design team.

The Role

Working with an established account base to increase profitability, performing gap analyses on accounts to upsell additional products we offer. The key areas in which we support our clients are design, installation, and maintenance. Leads will be generated by our marketing teams and website inquiries for the small element of new business associated with this role. The role is split 80% account management and 20% new business.

The Person

Have a proven background as an account manager in the hospitality industry. Experience working in a design house or in the sales of heavy catering equipment would be advantageous. We would also consider a former chef now working in a sales role within the hospitality industry.

  • Demonstrate you have carried out account reviews, increasing profitability in account bases.
  • Ability to upsell on solutions you have provided previously and make accounts profitable.
  • Numerate and IT literate.
